Returns

Venom & Vogue Boutique gladly accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a store credit. 

We are not responsible for shipping costs for returns. We do not reimburse shipping costs. Your return amount will be the amount paid for the item itself plus tax.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
